Luke is an accomplished insurance executive with more than 20 years of industry experience, spanning broking, underwriting, and strategic leadership. He joined Edgewise Insurance Brokers as Chief Executive Officer in 2023, bringing a proven track record of driving growth, operational excellence, and client-focused innovation.

Prior to Edgewise, Luke spent over a decade at Master Builders Insurance Brokers, where he served as State Manager for NSW and later as CEO. His tenure there cemented his deep expertise in construction-related insurance and his ability to lead high-performing teams across complex portfolios.

Earlier in his career, Luke held senior roles at Willis Towers Watson, including Manager of Franchises & Customised Solutions, working with clients across a wide range of industries.

Luke’s leadership is defined by his collaborative style, strategic vision, and commitment to delivering tailored insurance solutions that support long-term business success.
